REFUND POLICY
RETURNS:
If you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you purchased from us, you may return them within 15 days of the date we delivered them. The product(s) must not be damaged, opened, or used, and must be returned in the original delivery package; nonetheless, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee. This means that any open or assembled products purchased from our store are final sale and sold as is. Follow these procedures to return the product(s) ordered through our website within 15 days of the day we deliver the relevant product(s):

Contact our Support team to initiate the return process and obtain authorization to submit the Products for return.

Create a shipping label addressed to “520 Scooters – Returns”
Pack the Products in the original packaging and ensure the original packaging is still in good working order for shipping.

Once the Product(s) are received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.

520 Scooters is not responsible for recovering the Product(s) from you or any third-parties, including shippers, or any delays caused by you or any third-parties, including shippers, and you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund.​

Replacements:
Some manufacturers provide a replacement product if a product is defective. If there are issues caused by physical damage those are not covered by any manufacturer's warranty, you will be responsible for the parts along with any corresponding repair costs. Some manufacturers do not offer replacement products, but they do offer replacement parts and will provide a video guide on how to replace them. If you require parts, please contact the manufacturer directly. This will make things go lot faster and easier.

Reminder, There are NO REFUNDS for products open or used. You do have warranty via the manufacturer but not directly with the store, we do not do any repairs at the store. Many manufacturers do not like the stores doing any kind of modifications to their products since they can not guarantee the quality of the work. Please contact the manufacturer for any issues, they are more than willing to help.
