Sorry, we don't sell parts. Many places (such as eBay, Amazon, Best Buy, & Walmart) sell parts at reasonable costs. Search up your eScooter model to find the parts; there are too many models and manufacturers for us to keep everything in stock. No, we don't order parts for you neither. You would need to locate the parts.
If the item you're looking for is out of stock, simply visit the store location and place an order for the next shipment. You will need to provide a small deposit, but we will receive the model you desire within a few days of ordering. (We typically run out of multiple products around Christmas or other significant holidays due to large orders.)
All products have warranty via the manufacturer, however depending on each company the warranty may be a bit different or for a different amount of time. We do not sell warranty on our behalf.
Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or mis-use.
Warranty for each product may be slightly different, please remember to register the product with the app/manufacturer to see the exact warranty for the model you have. If you have a product with a defect do not continue use, always store/box product until told by a rep what needs to be done. If any damage is done to it the warranty will be voided.

We don't generally accept returns, but we will occasionally. The primary reason we decline is because the product is no longer eligible for sale as new. We don't sell open box or returned products as new, unlike Walmart or Amazon would do so. If the manufacturer instructs us to change the item for you, we will do so; however, they typically send you the replacement components.
